Mediation may be able to help.

set some boundaries. Try mediation.
*You and your adult siblings are arguing over items in your parent's estate. Try mediation to
resolve your difference.
Neighbor-to-Neighbor Disputes
*Your neighbor's dog is keeping you awake at night. Try mediation before calling the police.
*The neighborhood children are trespassing on your property and their parents won't respond
to requests to have them stop. Try mediation.
*Your neighbor cut down your favorite rose bush, saying it was on their property. Try mediation
before going to court.

mediation to find a fair solution for everyone.

School Conflict
School can be a source of conflicts between children, between parents and administrators, and
among members of the teaching staff. With the help of volunteer mediators at CCMC, all of
these issues can be explored, diffused, and resolved.
How CCMC Works
You call us or we receive a referral from a third party.
We contact each party to see if each is willing to try mediation.
Mediators facilitate the conversation and process.
Mediators help with brainstorming ideas. They do not make value judgments or tell you what
you should do.
If you make an agreement, the mediators help write that agreement in your words.
Even without an agreement a better understanding of each other's issues, perceptions and
feelings usually develops, which can help lead to a solution to the situation later on.
